Regulamin hotelowy

Dyrekcja Rezydencji Dwór Polski wysoko cenić będzie Państwa współpracę w przestrzeganiu tego regulaminu, który służyć ma zapewnieniu spokojnego i bezpiecznego pobytu naszych gości.

§1

1. Pokój w Rezydencji wynajmowany jest na doby.
2. Doba hotelowa trwa od godziny 16.00 do godziny 11.00.
3. Jeżeli gość nie określił czasu pobytu najmując pokój przyjmuje się, że pokój został wynajęty na jedną dobę.
4. Zatrzymanie pokoju po godzinie 11.00 jest traktowane jako przedłużenie pobytu.
   W przypadku gdy gość opuści pokój do godziny 18.00, naliczona zostanie opłata za pół doby.

§2

1. Życzenie przedłużenia pobytu poza okres wskazany w dniu przybycia, gość powinien zgłosić w recepcji do godz.10.00 dnia, w którym upływa termin najmu pokoju.
2. Hotel uwzględni życzenie przedłużenia pobytu w miarę posiadanych możliwości.

§3

1. Gość nie może przekazywać pokoju innym osobom, nawet jeśli nie upłynął okres, za który uiścił należną za pobyt zapłatę.
2. Osoby nie zameldowane w Rezydencji mogą przebywać w pokoju od godz. 7.00 do
   godz. 22.00.
3. Rezydencja Dwór Polski może odmówić przyjęcia gościa, który podczas poprzedniego pobytu rażąco naruszył postanowieni niniejszego regulaminu wyrządzając szkodę w mieniu Rezydencji lub Restauracji lub gości albo szkodę na osobie gości, pracowników Rezydencji lub innych osób przebywających w Rezydencji i/lub Restauracji albo też w inny sposób zakłócił spokojny pobyt gości lub funkcjonowania obiektu.

§4

1. Rezydencja świadczy usługi zgodnie ze swoją kategorią i standardem. W przypadku zastrzeżeń dotyczących jakości usług gość jest proszony o jak najszybsze zgłaszanie ich w recepcji, co umożliwia hotelowi niezwłoczną reakcję.
2. Rezydencja  ma obowiązek zapewnić:

• warunki pełnego i nieskrępowanego wypoczynku gościa,
• bezpieczeństwo pobytu, w tym bezpieczeństwo zachowania tajemnicy informacji  o gościu,
• profesjonalną i uprzejmą obsługę w zakresie wszystkich usług świadczonych na terenie obiektu,
• sprzątanie pokoju i wykonywanie niezbędnej naprawy urządzeń podczas nieobecności,
  a w jego obecności tylko wówczas, gdy wyrazi takie życzenie, sprawną pod względem technicznym usługę; w przypadku wystąpienia usterek, które nie będą mogły być usunięte, Rezydencja Dwór Polski dołoży starań, aby – w miarę posiadanych możliwości – zamienić pokój lub w inny sposób złagodzić niedogodność.

§5

Na życzenie gościa Rezydencja Dwór Polski świadczy nieodpłatnie usługi:

1. Udzielanie informacji związanych z pobytem i podróżą.
2. Budzenie o oznaczonej godzinie.
3. Przechowywanie bagażu - obiekt może odmówić przyjęcia do przechowalni bagażu w terminach innych niż daty pobytu gościa oraz rzeczy nie mających cech bagażu osobistego.

§6

1. Rezydencja Dwór Polski ponosi odpowiedzialność za utratę lub uszkodzenie rzeczy wniesionych przez osoby korzystające z jego usług w zakresie określonym przepisami art. 846-852 kodeksu cywilnego.
2. Gość powinien zawiadomić recepcję hotelową o wystąpieniu szkody niezwłocznie po jej stwierdzeniu.

§7

1. Rezydencja nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenie lub utratę samochodu lub innego pojazdu należącego do gościa.
2. Rezydencja nie ponosi odpowiedzialności z tytułu utraty lub uszkodzenia pieniędzy, papierów wartościowych, kosztowności, innych rzeczy i przedmiotów wartościowych albo przedmiotów mających wartość naukową lub artystyczną, jeżeli nie zostaną one oddane do depozytu
   w recepcji.

§8

1. W hotelu obowiązuje zachowanie ciszy od godz. 22.00 do godz. 7.00 dnia następnego.
2. Zachowanie gości i osób korzystających z usług obiektu nie powinno zakłócać spokojnego pobytu innych gości. Rezydencja może wówczas odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług osobie, która narusza tę zasadę.

§9

1. Każdorazowo opuszczając pokój gość powinien sprawdzić zamknięte drzwi i pozostawić klucz
   w recepcji. Recepcja wydaje klucz na podstawie karty pobytu.
2. Gość ponosi odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych obiektu powstałe z jego winy lub winy odwiedzających go osób.
3. W przypadku naruszenia postanowień regulaminu hotel może odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług osobie, która je narusza. Osoba taka zobowiązana jest do niezwłocznego zastosowania się do poleceń pracowników Rezydencji Dwór Polski, zapłaty za poczynione uszkodzenia i zniszczenia oraz opuszczenia terenu obiektu.
4. Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo przeciwpożarowe zabronione jest używanie w pokojach grzałek, żelazek elektrycznych i innych podobnych urządzeń nie stanowiących wyposażenia pokoju.

§10

1. Przedmioty osobistego użytku pozostawione przez wyjeżdżającego gościa  w pokoju będą odesłane na adres przez gościa wskazany. W przypadku nie otrzymania dyspozycji hotel przechowa te przedmioty przez 3 (trzy) miesiące,  a następnie przekaże na cele charytatywne lub do użytku publicznego.

§11

1. W przypadku zauważenia pożaru lub innego zagrożenia należy bezzwłocznie powiadomić recepcję obiektu lub innego pracownika, a następnie ewakuować się zgodnie z oznaczeniami ewakuacyjnymi wskazującymi kierunki dojść i wyjść  ewakuacyjnych.

§12

1. Rezydencja i Restauracja Dwór Polski może odmówić przyjęcia gościa w stanie nietrzeźwym, pod wpływem alkoholu lub innych środków odurzających oraz osobom zakłócającym spokój innym gościom.

 

Pracownicy i Dyrekcja obiektu dziękują i będą wdzięczni za przestrzeganie powyższego regulaminu.

 

 

Hotel regulations

The management of the Dwór Polski Residence will highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay of our guests.

§1

1. A room in the Residence is rented for days.

2. The hotel day lasts from 16.00 to 11.00.

3. If the guest did not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.

4. Keeping a room after 11.00 is treated as an extension of stay.

If the guest leaves the room by 18:00, a half-day fee will be charged.

§2

1. The guest's wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported at the reception desk by 10.00 am on the day on which the room rental period expires.

2. The hotel will take into account the wish to extend the stay as far as possible.

§3

1. The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid the payment for the stay has not expired.

2. Persons not registered in the Residence may stay in the room from 7.00 to. 22.00.

3. Rezydencja Dwór Polski may refuse to accept a guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the provisions of these regulations by causing damage to the property of the Residence or Restaurant or guests or damage to guests, employees of the Residence or other persons staying in the Residence and/or Restaurant or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the facility.

§4

1. The Residence provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the guest is asked to report them to the reception desk as soon as possible, which allows the hotel to react immediately.

2. The residence is obliged to provide:

• conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the guest,

• security of the stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the guest,

• professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided on the premises,

• cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of devices during absence,

and in his presence, only if he so wishes, a technically efficient service; in the event of defects that cannot be removed, Rezydencja Dwór Polski will make every effort to - as far as possible - change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

§5

At the guest's request, Rezydencja Dwór Polski provides the following services free of charge:

1. Providing information related to stay and travel.

2. Wake up at the specified time.

3. Luggage storage - the facility may refuse to store luggage on dates other than the dates of the guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.

§6

1. Rezydencja Dwór Polski is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of art. 846-852 of the Civil Code.

2. The guest should notify the hotel reception of the damage immediately after finding it.

§7

1. The residence is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.

2. The Residence shall not be liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other things and valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value, if they are not deposited

in reception.

§8

1. There is a silence policy in the hotel from 22.00 to 7.00 the next day.

2. The behavior of guests and people using the services of the facility should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The residence may then refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

§9

1. Each time the guest leaves the room, he or she should check the locked door and leave the key

in reception. The reception issues the key based on the residence card.

2. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the facility resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.

3. In the event of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the instructions of the employees of the Dwór Polski Residence, pay for damages and destructions and leave the premises.

4. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices in the rooms that are not part of the room equipment.

§10

1. Personal belongings left by the departing guest in the room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store these items for 3 (three) months and then donate them to charity or for public use.

§11

1. In the event of noticing a fire or other threat, immediately notify the reception of the facility or another employee, and then evacuate in accordance with the evacuation signs indicating the directions of evacuation access and exits.

§12

1. Rezydencja and Restaurant of Dwór Polski may refuse to accept a guest who is intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, or who disturbs the peace of other guests.
